Artistry Protocols
- Eye Makeup: Arrive to your appointment with clean, bare eyes completely free of mascara, liner, waterproof products, or oily residues.
- Contact Lenses: Please remove contact lenses before your treatment; bring glasses to wear after service if needed.
- Preparation: Avoid curling natural lashes or using oil-based products around the eye area 24 hours prior to service.
- Lift Preparation: Ensure any existing lash extensions are completely removed prior to receiving a lash lift treatment.
- The 24-Hour Rule: Keep lashes completely dry and free from water, steam, heavy sweat, or saunas for 24 hours while adhesive/bonds cure.
- Oil-Free Care: Avoid oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, and heavy eye creams directly near the lash line to preserve extension retention.
- Grooming: Gently brush extension sets daily with a clean spoolie to maintain separation, fluffiness, and alignment.
- Sleeping: Try to sleep on your back to prevent crushing or pulling lashes against pillowcases during sleep.
